Overview:
- The company is backed by one of the most successful PE funds in the payments space.
- Working alongside the CEO defining and executing the GTM and RM strategy for a global payments business.
- They have an established and profitable business that will now scale across Europe and the US. The CRO will be given the mandate to upskill the existing sales team and recruit new high performing team members.
- Selling a varied range of card and cross border payments technology and services into multiple industries across Europe and the US. Clients include corporates, NBFI’s selling direct and through partnerships.

- BAAS to regulated entities
- Card issuance
- Card Acquiring

- Virtual Ibans
- Foreign exchange
Requirements
- A demonstrable background of setting GTM strategy, working at board level.
- Experience within the payments space, this does not have to be with in cards as the product can be taught.
- Demonstrable background of building high functioning sales teams.
- A background in influencing other areas of the business working collaboratively across operations, marketing and product to deliver a first class service to clients.
- The role requires a driven individual to be the life blood of the sales engine.
